Terms & SMS Terms

These Terms apply to the OWNit $10K in 100 Days savings challenge app at 10kin100days.iamchantelle.com (the "App") and to the text messages and emails you receive from CFB Consulting Services LLC dba The Mortgage Strategist ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Chantelle Davis. By using the App or joining the challenge, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the challenge
The App is a free tool to help you track a personal savings goal of $10,100 over 100 days. You decide whether, when and how much to save. You keep your own money in your own accounts. We never hold, move or have access to your funds.
2. Not financial advice, not an offer to lend
The App and our messages are for educational purposes only and are not financial, legal or tax advice. Savings results depend on your own deposits. Nothing in the App or our messages is a commitment to lend or an offer of credit. All loans are subject to credit approval, underwriting and property eligibility, and rates, terms and programs may change without notice. 3. Your progress data
Your challenge progress is stored only on your device. If you clear your browser data, switch devices or delete the App, your progress may be lost, and we cannot restore it.
4. SMS Terms
Program name: $10K in 100 Days by The Mortgage Strategist
What you'll receive: If you check the non-marketing consent box, you'll receive challenge reminders, check-ins and milestone messages. If you check the marketing consent box, you'll also receive homebuyer tips, credit tips and offers about our real estate and mortgage services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out, reply STOP at any time. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. For help, reply HELP or contact us at 561-867-8329 or chantelle@iamchantelle.com.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of using the App.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please tell us right away if you change or deactivate your mobile number.

5. Email
If you give us your email address, we may send challenge updates and related content. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
6. Using the App
Please use the App only for its intended personal purpose. Do not misuse it, try to disrupt it, or submit someone else's information without their permission.
7. Our content
The OWNit with Chantelle name, logo, design and content in the App belong to us. You may share the App link, but please do not copy or reuse our branding or content without permission.
8. No warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise it will always be available or error-free, or that you will reach any savings goal.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the App or our messages.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the App or receive messages means you accept the updated Terms.
